Instructional Design, Consultation and Development About I'm Miguel Salazar, an instructional designer / consultant and eLearning developer with a decade of professional experience in various fields, including the corporate, startup and non-profit environments. I have spent years developing and training leaders in various organizations via instructor-led and web-based eLearning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, and Action Mapping methodologies. My course authoring and design tools of choice include Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Vyond. I have produced countless webinars, live-streaming trainings, training materials, and graphic assets. Along the way, I have developed expertise in taking complex tasks and concepts and transforming them into engaging practice scenarios and learning experiences.
